Why Fasting+

Whatever fasting plan you follow, it's likely that you have experienced days when it was tough to stick with. Maybe you needed something to keep you going. Maybe you experienced some of the common side effects of fasting (hunger, moodiness, tiredness, grey pallor). Either way, until now willpower and black coffee were probably your strategic mainstays

With FASTING+ you get something to eat that supports your fasting goals. In addition, by supporting the transition from using fat for fuel, those with any classic fasting symptoms should feel normal again and more capable of sticking with their plan

Using fasting+

For most plans simply add up to 4 sticks per fasting day, based on individual need, in addition to any other allowances on your plan

For Time Restricted Eaters', such as 12:12, 16:8, 20:4 or other plans where benefits are derived from Circadian Rhythm syncing, use FASTING+ as a tactic to achieve specific goals. For example, to transition to a shorter eating window or to phase out unwanted snacks and meals or as a better snack during the eating window. You can have up to 4 sticks per fasting day but you are more likely to need 1 or 2

Also suitable for low carb and ketogenic diets

Consume directly from packet. Massage to combine the ingredients then squeeze. The fasting sticks can be taken in liquid or solid form based on your preference. Pop in the fridge for a firmer consistency or massage for a softer blend
